What are the meanings behind the payment statuses?

Here are the different payment statuses and their meanings

Expired - We did not receive payment and your transaction expired. Do NOT send payment after your transaction expired, create a new transaction. It's possible that you could lose your funds if payment is sent to an expired address. To avoid this, ensure that you set a high network fee or gas fee so that your funds are not stuck in the mempool.

Pending - Awaiting your payment to be sent for exchange.

Received - We received your payment and now we are just waiting for it to confirm on the blockchain.

Excess - You sent too much crypto. If you added a refund address your excess funds will be automatically sent back to you minus the network fee. If the excess amount you sent is less than the network fee unfortunately we cannot refund your excess amount since we will lose money due to the cost of the network fee exceeding the refund amount.

Partial - You didn't send enough crypto to cover your swap. Check the "amount you sent" on the swap transaction page to verify how much you still owe. If you do not send enough crypto to cover the entire cost of the swap your funds will automatically be refunded to you if you provided a refund address. If you didn't provide a refund address contact support immediately. If we do not hear back from you after 7 days your funds will be lost since database transactions are deleted for privacy reasons and cannot be retrieved.

Refunded - If you sent only partial payment and not the full payment, this status indicates that you were refunded the partial payment you sent back to your refund address minus the network fee. Or you sent too much crypto and the reminaing excess amount minus network fees was returned to your refund address.

Completed - Your crypto was delivered to your destination address. If you have not received it yet it should arrive soon. For further assistance please contact support.

Help! I didn't send enough crypto, what happens now?

If you send too little crypto to be exchanged within the allotted time, your transaction will not be processed. In this case, you have two options to resolve the issue. Firstly, you can send the remaining amount of crypto to fulfill the required amount, ensuring that it reaches our system before the expiration time.

If we do not receive the additional funds within the specified timeframe, your payment will be automatically refunded to the refund address you provided and a network fee will be deducted from the remaining balance. However, if you did not provide a refund address, your funds will not be returned automatically. In this scenario, you will need to contact our support team to request a refund, otherwise, you risk losing your funds.

Help! I sent too much crypto, what happens now?

If you send too much crypto to be exchanged, the excess amount will be refunded to you minus the network fee.

However, if the network fee is higher than the excess amount sent, we will not be able to refund the excess funds due to the higher network fee. In such cases, the excess amount will be forfeited and cannot be returned. To avoid any losses, please ensure to send the exact amount required for the exchange, and provide a valid refund address to receive any potential refunds.

I accidentally closed the browser and cannot return to my exchange/swap. Help!
